Who we are and what we do

East Lincoln Park Neighbors (ELPN) is a non-profit volunteer organization established by residents to protect and preserve the historical and architectural character of our community, as well as preserve the residential nature of the neighborhood. ELPN is within the Mid-North Association boundaries and works closely with Mid-North. ELPN’s assets and donations are used to promote and protect social, cultural and physical elements of our neighborhood.
